La Ventana KITESCHOOL
Since 2008, Kitemasters is the only kiteschool in Mexico to be certified by the International Kiteboarding Organization (IKO) as an IKO Affiliated Center
We are conveniently located on the beach in La Ventana, south of the main campground, right at the beginners kite launching area.
School is open daily from 10:00AM to 5:00PM.
Radio-assisted lessons with ATV and jetski support
We offer either watercraft assisted lessons or radio/ATV lessons.
> Premium jetski assisted lessons takes you away from the crowd. Instructors give you instructions from the watercraft and stay close to you at all time.
> For radio/ATV lessons, instructors are in permanent contact with you by radio and a fleet of 4x4 ATVs are used to bring you back to your starting point after your rides, so you do not have to waste your energy walking back on the beach.
All the equipment is provided: wetsuit, harness, professional radio-equipped helmet, life jackets, kites and boards.
We use the latest 2010 kites and professional radio-equipped helmets.
Lessons can be given in English, Spanish or French.
Our lessons are given according to IKO standards. Check the benefits of being coached by a IKO instructor.

The best season is November to March when the wind blows daily from 11:00AM to 5:00PM at 15-20 knots.
La Ventana is the ideal spot for beginners. Calm waters and side-onshore steady winds, perfect for learning.
Lessons must be booked in advance.

Pricing :
For beginners, we offer a 6-hour lesson package. Additional lessons are also available.
Payments are cash only. We can process credit card payments for an additional fee.
Policies:
All Payments to be made before the Lessons.
We teach 7 days a week. Minimum wind required is 10 knots.We stopped teaching 25 kts +
Weather & Lesson Confirmation: Too much wind, too little wind, stormy weather, rainy, etc. No matter what, we ask that you call to confirm one hour before your lesson.
Kitemasters can't be hold responsible for weather conditions , and Instructors are sole judges and authorities to conduct or not their lessons for the safety of the customers.
