IKO certified student can apply for a personal insurance with wordwide coverage.

The IKO insurance covers you during your private practice.
It covers Bodily injury or Property damage caused by a member while participating in the sport of Kiteboarding, Snowkiting or Powerkiting.
It covers
$1,000,000 Bodily Injury and Property Damage per Occurence,
$1,000 Deductible for General Liability
$10,000 / 25,000 for Accident / Medical.

In order to take this insurance you must be an IKO certified kiteboarder. This means, you must have been given a kiteboarder card by your IKO instructor and you must be "IKO level 1" standard. If so, you can fill out the application available here using the affiliation code I3480.
